Wild Rose Vinaigrette

1 oz. Lindera Farms Wild Rose Vinegar
1 oz. Granny Smith Apple Juice
1/3 oz. Meyer Lemon Juice
3 oz. Matsutake-infused rapeseed oil, or a grassy extra-virgin olive oil
salt

  1. Blend vinegar, apple juice, and lemon juice together.
  2. Whisk in oil.
  3. Salt to taste.
