Flavor Profile: Medium Acidity, Savory.
Tasting Notes: Very aromatic; fruity and pepper driven.  Think Habanero but without the accompanying heat. A savory, popcorn finish too.
Kitchen Pairings: Any Vegetable, Green, Pepper, Fish or Poultry will pair well with this. Anywhere you might use a mild hot sauce for its’ flavor profile; try this instead.
Bar Pairings: Go savory; think Bloody Mary’s, Michelada’s, Gibsons, Martinis, etc.
