1 cup Hint Water (Crisp Apple)
1 T Honey Vinegar
1.5 t Persimmon Vinegar
½ stick cinnamon
GINGER VINEGAR PROBIOTIC DRINK
1 cup Dasani Tropical Pineapple Sparkling Water
1 T Ginger Vinegar
¼ Lime, zested
1 Star Anise Pod
VIRGINIA BERRY VINEGAR PROBIOTIC DRINK
1 cup Hint Water (Black Raspberry)
1 T Virginia Berry Vinegar
1 sprig of Lemon Verbena
1 peeling fresh ginger
WILD ROSE VINEGAR PROBIOTIC DRINK
1 cup Hint Water (Raspberry)
1 T Wild Rose Vinegar
¼ Lemon, zested
100ml Strawberry Vinegar
100g sugar
200g strawberries, sliced thin.
1L Still or Sparkling water
Mix the 100ml Strawberry vinegar and Sugar along with the sliced strawberries in a bowl and cover with Saran Wrap. Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours, stirring gently each hour to ensure the berries are evenly exposed. Once finished, there should be little sugar remaining. Reserve the mixture, and when ready to serve mix with the still water, or sparkling. If mixed with sparkling; serve immediately mixing.

1 T Turmeric Vinegar
¼ cup Tamarind Water
1 spring Thai Basil
