Ancho Chili & Roasted Garlic Hot Sauce

Low Heat

Tasting Notes: Tangy, Sour, Smokey, Nutty, Garlicky, and just slightly sweet. This is made with our hickory and honey vinegars, and a combination of grilled aquachile, ancho, poblano and bell peppers, giving a mild heat that will be noticeable for people who're generally spice-averse, but won't register for hot sauce fanatics.

Usage: This is a great cooking hot sauce, adding a ton of flavor to just about anything, but adds very little heat giving a lot of flexibility where you apply it. Think of it almost less like a hot sauce and more like a condiment you can use on anything savory.
