Kitchen Pairings: Great for finishing barbeque, grilled vegetables, meat/game, poultry, fish, grilled/roasted fruits too.
Bar Pairings: Scotch, Bourbon, Mezcal, Tequila, Whiskey... basically anything that can pair to maple and/or smoke will be great here.
