Persimmon and Aji Dulce Syrup


About: A blend of our Virginia Persimmon and Heirloom Pepper vinegars coupled with organic cane sugar, summer thistle honey, fresh Virginia Persimmons and juiced Aji Dulce peppers.

Tasting Notes: Medium acidity. Sweet and spicy without any heat; Notes of butterscotch, bell pepper, persimmon (obviously), and a hint of cinnamon. 

Pairings:  This is a sweet and sour sauce through and through - while it's going to really liven up, say, a margarita, it's going to be amazing on grilled chicken or brushed over salmon.
