Fermented Ramp Salt

Tasting Notes: Garlicky with aromas of Green Tea, Hay, Grass and Whey. Salty, of course, with just a slight touch of acidity

Usage: This is a great finishing salt for any veggies, salads and the like, and would do exceptionally well with shellfish and seafood in general, as well as poultry. Really, anywhere you would use garlic salt, this is going to be a great pair.
