Wild Flower Syrup

About: A robust blend of our wildflower vinegar, organic cane sugar, and wildflower honey infused with foraged wildflowers from throughout the spring and summer.

Tasting Notes:
 Medium acidity. Fruity, floral and a touch of citrus; notes of chamomile, caramel, tangerine, clementine, orange blossom, banana, and black locust.

Pairings:  This is a great addition to a cocktail, or base for non alcoholic drinks; perfect to just mix with sparkling water for a sophisticated alternative to conventional sodas. It's also fantastic for fruit based desserts, or lighter pastries.
