Savory, spicy, and smokey, this is a robust take on Kansas City BBQ. We start with a base of our vinegars, soy sauce, and hot sauces, and blend them with wildflower honey, sorghum molasses, garlic, and tomatoes before smoking the sauce over a batch of shagbark hickory and applewood.
This is meant to be a pair for ribs and brisket, but truthfully it'll work with just about any red meat, and heartier veggies like beets.
