This starts with fermenting paw paws we forage with lemon drop and Trinidad perfume chilis into a hot sauce, that once finished we blend in mustard seeds from Next Step Produce and honey from Golden Angels Apiary, along with our paw paw vinegar and paw paw syrup to make this complex and versatile BBQ sauce. 

Ingredients:
Paw Paw, Heirloom Peppers, Garlic, Mustard, Onion, White Pepper, Salt, Lindera Farms Vinegars (Heirloom Pepper, Paw Paw)
